What my Dolls went as for Halloween - Photo Shoot

Hey guys! How are you all today? I hope you all had an awesome and safe Halloween (And if you don't celebrate, than just an awesome day in general)! I ended up having a crazy week last week, and the same for the week before that, but I still wanted to show you what my dolls went as, and they wanted to show you too ;) So without further ado, here they are!

Molly, as Charlie Brown (If you've seen "It's the Great Pumpkin, totally let me know)

Emily, dressed as a unicorn

Do you think she's cold? I mean, she's not wearing shoes, and she's in a leotard.... I'm wearing a jacket and I'm freezing. I couldn't even feel my fingers while taking these, I should probably wear gloves this time of year, why am I getting so off topic? LOL!

Ok, please tell me you guys get this one! I was coming up with costumes and this popped into my head for Maryellen. Then when I showed my mom and brother they didn't get it. I seriously was so sad, so if you know please drop it in the comments and know how amazingly awesome you are XD

Kirsten dressed in the GORGEOUS Cinderella dress I won in Jewel's giveaway <3

Do you like her fishtail braid crown thing? It literally took me forever, I'm terrible at fishtails XD

Julie as a Jedi, which may or may not be a sneak peek for a new photo series....

You may not have noticed, but she's using the force on your computer. Yes, I wouldn't be surprised if your device was floating all over the room by now ;)

Parker as Super-Girl! I got this for Christmas last year and I seriously love it SO much!

Samantha is an M&M LOL! Am I the only one who thinks this suits Sam perfectly XD

Our lovely Saige is a cheerleader!

This was a gift along with many other AG clothes from two collectors who saw a 9 year old me who absolutely cherished her Molly doll the same way they did their AG collection. I still look at those pieces of your collection all these years later and am so thankful, HUGE thank you to those kind people who helped fuel my love for American Girl :)

Kit is a little bumblebee (or at least my best attempt at a bumblebee costume)

And last but not least, Felicity in this super cool Batgirl costume my mom got me.

I love the mask <3

Well, that's all the costumes! Sadly, due to limited free time and an unexpected sleepover/Ninjago marathon at my friend's house, not all the costumes got done. But I think the ones that did get finished came out pretty cool! Which costume was your favorite? Did you dress up for Halloween? Do you feel like it's Christmas? LOL that one was kinda random, but literally the day after Halloween I was listening to Christmas music and begging my brother to put "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" on.... I think he's getting annoyed XD Ok, now that I've gone off on a totally holiday, I'll leave this post at that. Thanks SOOOO much for reading! Have a truly amazing day!

  1. I love your dolls costumes, especially the Jedi one. A Star wars photo series?! Oh my gosh, I can't wait. The other day, I started blasting Christmas music too. I have no idea who Maryellen is, but I think she's some type of Starbucks worker.

    1. Thank you! That one might be my favorite too :) Yes! I'm super excited, it's a series I've working on for a long time. LOL I was literally listening to "That's Christmas to Me" over and over again before I saw your comment XD it's good to know that someone else is doing the same thing :) My brother finally gave in today as well, I got to watch How the Grinch stole Christmas! Ooooooooo you're so close!

    2. Thanks! I was a purple m&m! Yes, I know what your thinking, there is no purple m and m! But there was!! Except they changed it to tan untill 1995, and they debated between making a pink, purple, or blue m and m. Blue one, which Is OK because blues my favorite color! Just a little history lesson:)
      BUT SERIOUSLY TAN????

    3. Oh nice! LOL I was seriously so confused when you said there wasn't a purple m&m, I totally thought they still had those XD Blue's my favorite color too! I agree, why tan? That's not fun (LOL sorry to any tan m&m fans out there)! It's kinda like when someone tells me their favorite color is black or white.... I'm always like, huh? I literally just don't understand XD

  4. Oh, I think I know who Maryellen is...is she the person in the coffee shop during the Lego Movie when the main character says to buy really expensive coffee? (I'm sorry, I haven't seen that movie in forever, so I don't remember much).

  5. Oh! Maryellen's the barista from The LEGO movie who says "That'll be 37$" when the next thing on Emmett's instructions is to buy super expensive coffee. Felicity looks SO cool. I was a ninja for Halloween so I had a black outfit and I had all these prop cheap weapons (a knife, sword and gun) and my mom drew a long scar down my face with pink and white makeup to make it realistic. My grandma thought it was a real scar, LOL.

    1. YES!!! You got it! Great job! :D Thanks, I'm going to have to use that costume again for a photo story or something. Really? I was too! That's so crazy! XD oh my gosh, poor grandma! That must of scared the tar out of her XD LOL I was bored one time so I wrapped an ace bandage up my arm, then my neighbor came over unexpected. He freaked out when he saw the bandage XD

  6. Hehe. Wow, evil mind twin moment! Yes, it scared her until my mom explained that she had drawn it on. Oh that's so funny. I used to play injury all the time where I had a broken leg or arm or a horrible contagious disease, XD.

    1. I know right?! :D LOL! Me too, although I can't say I've ever outgrown it XD I still used my ace bandage that's for a real leg injury to wrap my arm XD
      -Katie :)

P.S. Thanks for all the comments btw, it's been super fun talking to you!

  7. Ikr? My sisters and I still play these crazy games with super-complicated stories and then it's dinnertime or something and we have to be all "Okay you're the villain. End scene." XD.
Oh you're welcome. I love talking to you.
