Gather 'round, and  I'll elucidate

What goes on outside when it gets late

Along about midnight the ghosts and banshees

They get together for their nightly jamboree

There's things with horns and saucer eyes

Some with fangs about this size

Some are fat

And some are thin!

And some don't even wear their skin

I'm telling you, brother, it's a frightful sight!

To see what goes on Halloween night

When spooks have a midnight jamboree

They break it up with fiendish glee

The ghosts are bad but the one that's cursed

Is the Headless Horseman; he's the worse

*Crash*

*Woof woof!*

That's right, he's a fright on Halloween night

When he goes a joggin' across the land

Holding his noggin in his hand

Demons take one look and groan

And they hit the road for parts unknown

Beware! Take care! He rides alone

And there's no spook like a spook who's spurned

They don't like him and he's really burned

He swears to the longest day he's dead

He'll show them that he can get a head

They he's tired of his flaming top

He's got a yen to make a swap

So he rides one night each year

To find a head in the hallow here

He likes 'em little

He likes 'em big

Parted in the middle or a wig

Black or white or even red

The headless horseman needs a head

With a hip hip and a clippity clop

He's out looking for a top to chop!

So don't stop to figure out a plan

You can't reason with a headless man

Now if you doubt this tale is so

I met that spook just a year ago

Now I didn't stop for a second look

But made for the bridge that spans the brook

For once you've cross that bridge, my friend

The ghost is through

His power ends

So when you're ridin' home tonight

Make for the bridge with all your might!

He'll be down in the hallow there

He needs your head!

Look out! Beware!

With a hip hip and a clippity clop

He's out looking for a head to swap

Ayyyyyy!! Happy Halloween, dear friends! Hope it was a lovely one filled with candy and super cool costumes! I'm not gonna lie to y'all, this month was a train wreck in a lot of ways LOL!!! XD Between my cat getting sick and me thinking she wouldn't make it (She's fine thank goodness, it was something completely different than we thought was going on), breaking one of my toes when I had hours of pointe ahead of me, health issues, and being sick or something (don't know what's wrong with me, it's unpleasant though, LOL! XD), October was something else XD BUT! Despite it all! I have pushed through to make this post happen for you! Was it late? Nope! I made it with an hour remaining so we're going to count it to spare my fragile ego B) Lol anyway, I have no idea if you guys have ever even heard this song, but the Legend of Sleepy Hollow is a cartoon I love and I grew up with, I've even read the original book (highly recommend btw)! I was originally going to post this last year but due to getting REALLY sick that did not happen, so here you go I guess! I tried real hard XD I really hope you enjoy it and that it makes up for the nonexistent Villain Takeover month, I really appreciate you sticking with me and I'm hoping to have more time to make the next Takeover the absolute best! Well, I better run and get some sleep or something, whatever it is that one does to get rid of the not feeling well but not exactly sick LOL!
