Autumn Curls - Photo Shoot
*Runs to the calendar* Ha... HA! I made it before the end of the week! I'm still on schedule for this month let's goooo!!!
What's up, friends? I hope all is well and that October has been AMAZING for you thus far! This month has been a bit of a mess for me lol, BUT! I did manage to get some really pretty pictures of Autumn (you can see why I chose to bring her for this shoot lol) and Bryce during a day trip with my family! It was so SO beautiful there, the absolute perfect location for a fall photo shoot! So without further ado, let's take a small break from Disney Villain Takeover (not too small though, the next post is coming soon ;) ), and jump into it!

And there you have it friends! I honestly had so much fun shooting at this location. We took a short walk after this and oh my goodness it was just absolutely breathtaking there! There were a lot of people walking around which made things a little tricky at times as far as pictures go, but I was able to angle people out of most of them so it's all good. Also, not sure if you can tell but I still have no idea what to do about their hair lol!! I am deeply afraid to touch or breath anywhere near the curls so sorry if they look frizzy please pretend they don't XD
This was also the first photo shoot taken completely on my phone (for those of you who missed the last post, my camera is more or less dead, RIP *Que In the Arms of an Angel again*), so I really hope the photo quality is okay and all looks good!! (it seems okay on my end, but I uploaded them directly from my phone and Blogger hates my phone so it may ruin the quality yet XD)
Anyway, I hope y'all enjoyed this post even though it's not a part of Disney Villain Takeover! Like I said this month has been... eventful, to say the least lol. But I think I'm still on track to get two more villain posts done this year (so long as nothing else happens lol)! At the very least I'm going to do everything in my power to make it happen, so stay tuned for those! Definitely let me know in the comments which picture is your favorite, a Truly Me (or Build-a-Bear if this is Diamond reading lol) you've always wanted, and if you have any fun fall plans coming up! I don't think I have too much going on other than the usual life stuff at the moment, but I should be going to my friend's house for a while in November so I'm very excited about that!
As per usual, it's very late here lol!! (Me and my writing schedule for real... 'XD) So I'll catch you all in the next villain post which may or may not be a very highly requested one ;) I love you all so much! And God loves you even more! I'll see you guys soon, have an awesome day!

I love these photos! They're very...autumnal. I really like their outfits, especially. I think the photo quality is good. I couldn't really tell that they were phone photos. And yeah, both of those photos you said for their bios are so cute! Excited to see any more villain takeover posts, and I think it's great that you've managed to get up so many posts this month already! (I have a total of zero on BABF for now...but I have to get up my Halloween post!)
ReplyDeleteHmmm, a Build-a-Bear I've always wanted? I'd have to say the Be-Mine Dalmatian (I really wanted this one when I was a little girl...but to my surprise they re-released her this year and I got one!). Other than that, I think I have enough bears for now. xD
I hope you have fun at your friend's house!
This is a lovely photoshoot! I really like the warm colours - oh, and Autumn's yellow jacket is so so cute!! I like the two pictures you pointed out for bio pics, both of these dolls are just so cute!
ReplyDeleteI'm no expert in curly doll hair, but when Toria's hair gets a little frizzy, I just take the pieces that are supposed to be together and twist them back in place with my fingers, smoothing it all together. I'm sure there are more intensive and more successful ways, but that's just what I do for minor frizzies.
Favourite picture: either Autumn's boots or one of the ones of them both lying down in the leaves :)
A Truly Me I've always wanted: hmm, I've never actually wanted one, but I'll tell you the ones I think are cute! Jess mold dolls will always have my heart, but I also really like the slightly older TMs with classic face molds and the smaller bangs, like 38 and 43 (yes, I did have to look up a visual chart).
Fun fall plans: none at the moment, but I did go to two Hallowe'en parties last week!

(whoops, didn't mean to make this comment so long!)
These are gorgeous photos! I love how you've dressed Autumn and Bryce for fall, Autumn's coat is adorable! It's too hard to pick a favourite photo.
ReplyDeleteI actually don't know the Truly Me's well enough to have one I've always wanted, although I'd really like a doll with textured hair like Addy's. No fall plans anymore, but I got to spend (canadian) thanksgiving at the cottage, which is always beautiful!
